App-App refers to Android and iOS versions of the app listed respectively on Google’s Play Store and Apple’s App store both managed by Photography as Prayer, LLC.

Website-Website is the https://photographyasprayer.com website operated by Photography as Prayer, LLC.

Personal Data-Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).
